Went to the Asiasoft Gamefest with Jingy today. It's the 2nd day of the gamefest. Reached around 10.30, and went to check out the place first, since she'll be late.

At that time, the GetAmped tournament had already started, and there wasn't really much crowd, except all the teams from countries like Korea, Hong Kong, Indonesia, as well as Singapore, to name a few.

If you look closely, that blue figure over there is actually a merlion. From there you can guess which country is that player is from. =)

I'm not sure whether this banner is supposed to be slanted, or the crew are just lazy to readjust it.

When Jingy came, we went to queue up for the quest card, to do the mini games and get a goodie bag after completing all 8 stations.

The mini games are just, frankly speaking, kind of pathetic.

1st station: Freestyle, a yet to be released basketball game

Task: get the mini ball into the mini basket while standing at the mini line at a mini distance.

2nd station: Richman Online, gameplay is similar to online Monopoly

Task: Drop a ball from the top. If it falls into the correct box, you win.

3rd station: Grand Chase

Task: I forgot...

4th station: Audition

Task: Get a Perfect. Pathetic...

5th station: Maple Story

Task: Catch a fish, and press the crocodile's teeth until you get bitten

6th station: GetAmped

Task: Memory game, reveal a matching pair.

7th station: Sudden Attack. You can say it's like CS.

Task: Shoot a target at a distance to make it spin. The gun shoots a laser and if you hit the target (it will light up and spin), you win.

8th station: Cabal Online

Task: Drive the Astral Bike to the designated spot. And this is too pathetic...

After everything's done...

Jingy's a happy girl. Haha.

I want the Audition T-shirt but I found out that it's supposed to be for those 32 shortlisted players who won during the Clubber Of The Year event. And my mood turned to sorrow, because that's the main purpose of me attending the event.... =(

And me and Jingy bought a limited edition 20k cash Audition prepaid card... and she's keeping my card because she wants it. But my cash will be mine though. And we got ourselves an Audition keychain and a MapleStory car decal each for buying the prepaid cards.

After we're done with stuff, we headed to Bugis' Kinokuniya. I finally managed to use the vouchers I got during the interview. And I found the book that I was looking for.

It's $17.12 and I'm already halfway through the book. It's been such a long while since I last read a book. So far this book had really made me captivated.

After that went to Bugis library because Jingy wants to do her report. Basement was crowded, so we went to the higher floors. Sad thing is, they have to do security checks, because of this 'no bags' policy. You're only allowed to bring your bag if you bring your laptop. But since I don't, and I have no form of entertainment, I decided to smuggle my book into Jingy's bag and then passing through the security. I seriously felt naked without my bag along...

At the 8th floor of the library, Jingy went on to doing on her report, while I read my book.

We couldn't find any empty tables and chairs but managed to find a spot near the windows. The irritating about sitting there is because of the blinds. Because it was a hot day, the blinds was supposed to roll down automatically, depending on the amount of light coming in through the windows. But even so, the blinds keep going up and down every few minutes, even though the condition is the same the whole time.

Was there from 3+ to around 7. Went to the arcade and V5 is released! Wanted to play Almost Here -Avenged Sevenfold, but failed at the second song, which is Rolling ~1000~toon. I was quite surprised yet DISAPPOINTED that I failed that song, when all these i've been passing that song with grade B.

Jingy's boyfriend came to fetch her. And after I'm done I went back home.
